1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
“Lovenote,” “we,” or “us” refers to Lovenote, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK number: 98651935, VAT ID: NL005346573B94), with its registered office in Almere.
“Customer” or “you” refers to any person who places an order with Lovenote through our website www.lovenote.nl.
2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via Lovenote’s webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Any deviations are only valid if expressly agreed in writing by Lovenote.
3. Products and Prices
Product descriptions on the website are as accurate as possible. Minor deviations may occur.
Prices are displayed including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Lovenote reserves the right to adjust prices if necessary, but such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed directly through the Lovenote webshop.
Payment methods available: Klarna, PayPal, Wallets: Apple Pay & Google Pay, Shop Pay and Creditcards.
Payment must be received before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are within 1–2 days, unless otherwise stated on the website.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
If a product cannot be delivered within the stated timeframe, Lovenote will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative or refund.
6. Customer Satisfaction
Lovenote does not offer a standard return or cancellation policy for orders.

We will review your request and do our best to provide a satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that customized or personalized products are final sale.

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We will handle complaints promptly and try to provide a fair solution individually.
8. Liability
We take great care to ensure that our products meet high standards.
Lovenote is only responsible for damages caused by intentional acts or gross negligence.
We cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost income or other financial losses.
Delays caused by shipping providers are beyond our control, and we are not liable for these delays.
